Northern Workers

We represent more than 30% of workers across the North.

No matter which territory you live in, or which community you call home, if you’re in the North, you know us. When you drive down a street, go to a health care clinic or call for help in an emergency, you’re seeing our work in action. We are health care workers, highway maintenance crews, housing staff and more. We are the workers that keep the North going.

Public Service Alliance of Canada North (PSAC North) is our union. Collectively we make up more than 30% of workers in the three territories across the North. We deserve stronger rights and protections, but right now, our governments aren’t keeping up. That means Northern workers are being left behind. We’re working together to change that, so we can keep working and supporting our communities, the places, and people we love.
